Hi, I'm Liz.
Health Coach & Creator of the Allegro Compass Method
I Built the Compass I Wish I’d Had.
I created the Allegro Method because I have spent a huge part of my life trying to understand my own body.
Infertility. Hormone questions. Weight changes. Perimenopause and menopause. And in more recent years, things like positional vertigo and seasons when I simply felt off. Through all of it, I kept searching.
I went to doctors. I went to natural doctors. I researched. I changed how I ate. I bought supplements. I tried protocols. I learned about hormones, nutrition, natural health, exercise and longevity. And honestly, I spent an enormous amount of time and money trying to take the best possible care of myself.
My motivation wasn’t simply to look better or live longer. I wanted to be my best self for God, for myself and for my family.
But the more I learned, the more there was to learn. There was always another expert. Another supplement. Another protocol. Another thing I could be doing better.
So I started asking a different question: What is my body actually asking for right now? And then, what if I stayed there?
If recovery was the problem, I focused on recovery. If nourishment needed attention, I worked on nourishment. If my body needed strength, I built strength. And I stopped expecting every area of my health to improve at the same time.
What I had needed all along wasn’t another person handing me another protocol. I needed a Compass.
That’s why I created Allegro. I don’t begin by deciding what you need. I begin by listening. My goal isn’t for you to get better at following experts. It’s for you to get better at understanding yourself.
Because taking care of yourself shouldn’t mean spending your entire life trying to fix yourself. I want to be well enough to live the life God gave me, and I created Allegro to help you do the same.

You've got questions.
I've got answers.
I've got answers.
What is the Allegro Compassâ„¢?
The Allegro Compass is a free, personalized wellness assessment designed to help you understand where your capacity is being supported, where it may be getting depleted, and where to focus your attention first.
Rather than handing you another list of things you should be doing, the Compass helps you step back, look at the bigger picture, and identify one meaningful place to begin.
Because taking care of yourself shouldn't mean trying to fix everything at once.
Who is the Allegro Compass for?
The Compass was created especially for women who already care about their health but feel unsure where to focus next.
Maybe you've noticed changes in your energy, sleep, strength, recovery, or how your body responds to things that used to work.
Maybe you've tried different diets, supplements, workouts, or wellness routines and still wonder whether you're doing the right things.
Or maybe you're feeling pretty good but want to build the strength and resilience to stay that way.
You don't have to be struggling to benefit from the Compass. Sometimes the most valuable thing is understanding what's already working.
How is this different from other wellness quizzes?
Most wellness quizzes begin with a particular problem or solution. They might focus on hormones, weight, nutrition, stress, or a product they want to recommend.
The Allegro Compass begins with you.
It looks across seven interconnected areas of well-being rather than assuming what you need before you've answered a single question.
Your results are designed to help you recognize patterns, identify a starting point, and take one meaningful step forward.
The goal isn't to give you more to do. It's to help you understand what deserves your attention.
What are the seven areas the Compass explores?
The Compass looks at seven essential areas of well-being:
- Restore: Your capacity to recover.
- Nourish: Your capacity to build.
- Strengthen: Your capacity to do.
- Simplify: Your capacity to breathe.
- Resilience Reservesâ„¢: Your capacity to respond to life's demands.
- Foundations: Your capacity to understand your body and its patterns.
- Sustain: Your capacity to continue.
Together, these areas help create a more complete picture of how you're supporting your health and where you may benefit from making a Deposit.
What is a Deposit?
Think of your well-being like a bank account.
Everyday life makes withdrawals: stress, poor sleep, illness, demanding schedules, emotional challenges, and unexpected events.
A Deposit is an intentional action that helps support your health, strength, recovery, or resilience.
Some Deposits are small. Some require more effort. All are designed to help you build capacity over time.
The goal isn't to eliminate every withdrawal. It's to build reserves so you have something to draw from when life asks more of you.
What if I don't have time for another wellness program?
That's exactly why Allegro was created.
You don't need another complicated routine or a long list of daily requirements.
The guided experience is built around short weekly lessons, practical Deposits, and adjustments that help your wellness practices fit your actual life.
Some weeks you'll have more capacity. Other weeks you'll have less.
Shrink it, don't scrap it.
The goal is to build a rhythm you can return to; not another program you feel guilty about abandoning.
What if I'm already doing a lot of healthy things?
Wonderful. The Compass isn't designed to find something wrong with everyone. It may help you recognize that many of your current practices are supporting you well.
You might discover one area worth strengthening, or you may find that your best next step is simply to sustain what's already working.
Sometimes the answer is: Nothing needs fixing. Keep going.
What if my results aren't what I expected?
That's okay. The Compass is a starting point, not a final verdict about your body or your health.
You may discover that the area you expected to focus on isn't the area that stands out most in your answers.
You're always encouraged to consider your results alongside your own experience, circumstances, and appropriate professional guidance.
Your body gets a vote.
Can I take the Compass again?
Yes. In fact, reassessment is part of the Allegro philosophy.
As your circumstances, habits, and capacity change, your priorities may change too.
The Compass can help you reflect on where you are now and determine whether it's time to continue, adjust, or choose a new area of focus.
Because caring for yourself isn't a destination. It's an ongoing relationship with your body.
Do I have to change everything about my lifestyle?
Absolutely not. One of Allegro's guiding principles is that lasting change doesn't require changing everything at once.
You'll focus on one meaningful area, practice manageable Deposits, and build from there. You don't need a perfect routine, a perfect diet, or a perfect week. You need a starting point and a way to keep going.
What is the ultimate goal of the Allegro Method?
Not simply weight loss. Not chasing perfect numbers. And certainly not spending your entire life trying to fix yourself.
The goal is to build the health, strength, resilience, and capacity to participate fully in the life you want to live.
To travel. To move confidently. To enjoy the people you love. To pursue your purpose. To have something left for yourself.
Your life isn't the reward waiting at the end of your wellness plan. Your wellness plan should help you live your life now.
